Online Booking and Payment Step by Step Guide for Passengers

Making a booking for Airport City Shuttle Service via online payments.

Online payments can be submitted through our ENets or Paypal Payment Gateways.

We accept payment made by Credit or Debit Card: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express.

Price paid are inclusive of 7% GST. Our GST registration number is M2-0043608-3

All Transactions are in Singapore Dollars only.

Step 1:  Enters Booking Details and Passenger Particulars

— Select your journey From Airport or From Hotel from drop down options.

— Select your destination To Hotel or To Airport from drop down options.

Select pick up / drop off are predetermined and mid stop is not allowed.

— Select the date and time that service is required.

— Select the number of Adult and Children travelling together

Travelling with an infant on your lap on-board under two (2) years of age (not occupying a seat) is free of charge when traveling with an adult.

— Enter a valid email address

Please ensure that the email is correct as the booking confirmation and payment receipt will be sent to this email. Please check your Spam or Delete folder in case you did not receive the notification.

— Enter a valid mobile number

Please ensure that the number is correct as the One-Time Password will be sent using to this number.

— Enter the name (as per passport) of the passenger who is making the booking and travelling.

— Read carefully and understand the above points tick to agree to the booking terms and conditions. Click on the submit button to proceed with your booking.

Step 2:  Review and Confirm Booking Details

— Ensure that booking information is correct. No changes or refund after payment will be made.

Step 3:  Payment and OTP (One Time Password) Authentication

— Select either payment by ENets or Paypal.

— You will receive the OTP sent to your mobile no, enter the pin when prompted.

Step 4:  Payment Successful and Booking Complete

— Upon booking completion and successful payment, you will receive an email notification from us stating that you are required to take note of the booking reference (starting with CS).

— Please present the email confirmation received, printed or in digital format to our counter for service redemption.
